Erin Swain, a distinguished oenophile, mixology virtuoso, culinary maven, avid surfer, snowboarding enthusiast, and globe-trotting adventurer, has dedicated her adulthood to following her passions in a diverse range of environments. Commencing her journey at Bon Appétit Magazine, she has subsequently left her mark on some of the planet’s most sought-after luxury destinations. Erin’s remarkable presence has graced the illustrious pages of publications such as Vogue, Coastal Living, and Rolling Stone, among others. Among her ongoing ventures are crafting a cookbook, orchestrating an unscripted television show centered on wine education, and hosting a weekly half-hour special in the Hamptons.
